Nagel, who has been a missionery in China since 1894.
He was a member of the Commission of the British and Foreign
Bible Society appointed to revise the Hakka Bible. If Mr
Nagel is for any reason unacceptable to the Hongkong
Goverment the Basel Society would be willing to substitute
another mi ss ionary. In the event of permission be ing
granted to the Basel Society to resume their work in Hong- kong they would make application to the Board of Trustees
for the use of their former property.
